You are very welcome to call at any time to discuss your requirements but its always easier to contact by email and we will give you a call back. Should you wish to proceed With any booking full details will be taken and a contract will be written up. We require a 50% of the quoted amount as a upfront non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be billed a week before the event so there is nothing to worry about on the night! Should a more in-depth discussion be required we will organise a in person meeting to discuss all the details and to have any special requests or requirements in writing. This gives all parties involved to get to know one another. This works well for all kinds of events but additional planning may be required for weddings, birthdays and anniversary's.

If you have any long term events planned and are looking to purchase equipment at competitive prices, we can supply pretty much anything across the sound, lighting and effects spectrum. We have supplied packets of bulbs up to a full nightclub either delivering or installing the equipment. It must be said we will give anything a go, we will be able to tell you if its possible or not so please dont hesitate to ask! We promise not to laugh even if the request may be unusual (We have made Dyson vacuum cleaners produce dry ice while being in a swimming pool!) We like to think anything is possible.

We are CRB/DBS checked, have PLI cover, all electrical equipment is PAT tested and mechanical equipment serviced yearly. All our lasers are returned and aligned each year along with their PAT tests to ensure the safety of the public and colleagues. Our colleagues have health & safety and first aid training.
